Eigentlich optisch sehr schön und sieht hochwertig aus. Jedoch löste sich bereits am zweiten Tag eine Metallkappe an einem Ende der Schnur und ging während dem Stadtbummel verloren. Nun habe ich die Befürchtung, dass die Kordel durchrutscht und mein Handy dabei zu Boden geht. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dem Produkt, zumal mit knapp 20 € die Handykette einen stolzen Preis hat.Falls der Anbieter diese Nachricht liest: Wie komme ich zu einem Ersatzteil? Schön wäre die kostenlose Zusendung.
