Nice basic phone. Using with ShoreTel system and a mediatrix 2-port analog box. Sound is good. No display at all, but fine for conferencing. It has a large cable similar to a Cat5 but larger. The clip was broken on one end but it still works by plugging that end into the phone. With the cable slots and the angle of insertion, the cable holds on tightly anyway.
