They kind of bubble in the middle. Without a strong vacuum, the filter paper does not lay flat and liquid can get around the paper. I have taken to adding a weight on the paper to avoid this. Can't complain for the price, though.Great price, quality as expected, delivered quicker than anticipated....exactly as needed
