Make sure you have your lock on your bike when connecting to change your alarm settings via the XENA App. If you do not connect the alarm to your phone within 15 minutes of inserting the battery (or on first use, by removing the plastic pull tab) your XENA lock will revert to standard non-Bluetooth mode. To reset your lock and connect, you will need to remove and reinstall the battery.
