Can accept most sim cards outside of the US but inside, will not accept service from Verizon or its sub-sellers or AT&T or its sub-sellers. Will only work with T-Mobile or its sub-sellers in the USA. You can search the list of who is who. T-Mobile has a long list of sub-sellers and some are very inexpensive. Since this phone holds two SIM cards, I have two lines with a T-Mobile sub-seller for a total of $40.00/month. However, this is a Hybrid dual SIM phone. It can accept a second SIM -OR- an expansion Micro-SD (not both). Since it has built-in 128-GB of storage, I will never use that much and therefore do not need the micro-SD expansion slot.Great phone and I've only had it 6 for six days. My spouse's phone broke and money is kind of tight, when I saw that Oukitel and for the price that it was I jumped on it and purchased 2 phones. So far I've seen that the phone setup is easy and connected to WiFi in less than a minute. Settings are easy to read which was surprising, everything that I expected the phone to do has been tested and passed with flying colors. The phone comes in two colors (wish they had more) I ordered the black and my other half ordered the green. My wife loves the color of her phone, real pale green and it's small enough to be held comfortably in your palm yet large enough to type without having to go back to the screen and correct the o when you wanted the letter P. For the money and for the things you need to do on the phone or internet, I totally recommend the Oukitel Phone. At this price, I wouldn't be too worried if I OR the kids lost it. Yes, I would but it's better to pay $169 than $459-$999, and that in itself says something. I give the phone 4 stars and also my recommendation, the holidays will be coming and I do believe that the kids might be getting one for Christmas!Bought this phone for my wife ... she loves it. It's a great size (not too big, not too small) for her to handle. The screen and keyboards respond well.It was easy to setup and transfer data from her previous phone. We had no problem connecting to our MetroPCS network. (Also, shipping was fast!)One thing to note: I had to use a 3rd party app to transfer all her SMS/text messages, but this process worked great.The phone comes with a fast wall charger and it holds a charge for a good while (more than just 1 day).I would from this seller again ... and I'd buy and Oukitel phone again.Not worth the money. It has cool color and good size. It came with a case and a screen protector. Great for young kids,, that's for sure.. I just wish it was better. It's slow, the pixels for photos are of 1980's. It's one of those phones that you won't care if you break or lose it. A quick fix if anything.I like the shape, and the style.Not bad 4 tha money.. once u get it set up tha way u won't it's k. I love the size and it does what its supposed to do. Face recognition is handy. The only con I have is that the cable is not USB-C.Okay, but the charger it come thing didn't fit right but another not to damaged the socket.
